So clueless.

Well,
I guess I'm going to Washington D.C.
However, I know NOTHING about the Euro-Atlantic Partnership. Let's try and figure this out without just paraphrasing a pretty pathetic Wikipedia Page. The Euro-Atlantic Partnership is more or less a forum where all these countries not in NATO (in Europe an Asia mainly) come together to talk about military/security/etc.However, these 22 partner countries aren't considered worthy enough, or at least maybe not yet to join NATO. This council formed after the failure of a previous one.

Now, how does this relate to conference?

Well, we have 6 capitalist countries chilling, 12 former Soviet republics, and 4 of the Former Yugoslav nations.

WE REALLY like Kosovo, I mean, they're our brothers almost. We need to strengthen ties with them. We helped them during the Kosovo war and got Yugoslavia off their case. IN ADDITION we went beyond the UN Security Council to do it, we are that great. However this TIME article makes me feel so if-y http://www.time.com/time/world/article/0,8599,2114030,00.html
